Hotel's staff was competent all the time. The location was perfect and best possible, close to the shops with easy access to a market and shops. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Saray Turkish Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

That was quiet hotel set in domestic area, very close to the Old Town and La Concha as well as great restaurants. Very central location was a plus. Had brunch in the Alabortza Kantina, located nearby.

It was fairly clean, staff was very very helpful. Its location at a short distance from Parte Vieja was magnificent and lovely. The restaurant was top-notch for breakfast and for every budget. We loved this hotel and will come back when in San Sebastian.
